2. Uh, liberty is in there, too
also, there is a presumed right to self defense, which is what abortion is.

Reproductive slavery threatens a woman's life, curtails her liberty, and negates her ability to pursue happiness. I'd say that about covers it as far as the constitution is concerned.

3. Not agreeing with that guy, but
Roe v. Wade is poorly written law -- one of the reasons it has faced so many challenges.
On the up side, being upheld through all those challenges has made it one of those "don't mess with it" laws that fall under the concept of stari decisis. Or one hopes it does, at least!
