The case is on appeal now to the 2nd circuit appeals court. The last action was nov-16th I think, where the DoD lawyers filed an intent to appeal to the 2nd circuit.
It is my understanding that starts the clock over, with a whole new panel of 3 judges, but they must accept Judge Hellersteins findings. Also, there has never been an FOIA that has gone above the appeals court panel before, so whatever happens, according to others who have indicated the precedent, the 3 judge panel is going to decide the fate of the pics and the video. Since the next level of appeals is the Supreme Court.

say the miltary court has final say on military matter and military court decide on what is to be shown. You can go read it on the white house site under Executive Order. Then you decide on truth. Sure case on appeal in court but nothing going to come out. Cause EO say military dont have to release it.
