Basically it's this:

IMPEACH

put it on:

Bumper stickers
business cards and leave them in public places
stickies - probably a good idea to use easy to remove ones
banners - freeway banners
(you can get inkjet printable bumper stickers, business cards, and stickies at office supply places)

signs
put it online

Nothing else, Just IMPEACH. No names, nothing. Just IMPEACH.

Make it big and bold. All caps. Use the font "Impact" if you have it. A bumper sticker can handle a 200 point font, or thereabout.

Create and spread the meme.

Stick the stickers on gas pumps too! Restaurant menus and tables, bathrooms, grocery carts, all over the grocery store...egg cartons? cereal boxes, canned goods. the possibilities are endless.
