MSNBC web site blows ID headline
Headline states:

'Intelligent design' barred
Judge rules alternate view of life cannot be taught.

Typical of the MSM: either the headline writer has an agenda or is lazy. The judge did NOT rule that alternative view of life cannot be taught. He ruled only that ID cannot be taught as SCIENCE. And he even concluded that ID was worth study in a different venue.

1. send this to them. They are usually pretty quick to clarify misleading
headlines.

2. The judge claimed the ID people were being dishonest
If one wants to see how much people wanna see ID taught, have them teach the American Indian mythology for creation, or the African, or any other creation mythology from something other than Xtian ID "theory".
