But the NY 'pub bigwigs wanted her to drop her oppo to Hillary.
It'll be interesting to see if she gets a "media makeover" (remember her lame-o "does anyone have page 10?"). There are some deep pockets really really mad at Spitzer.. One of them was ready to throw money at Suozzi (Nassau Dem) to challenge him in the primary, but bigbuxs' repub history makes a Suozzi challenge unlikely.
She WILL get funding from those who've felt Spitzer's sting (he's not afraid to mix it up with the big boys)
