Santa Claus points a handgun at a masked terrorist on a Christmas card that John Michael Snyder, public affairs director of the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, sends this year to a number of recipients.

Named Dean of gun lobbyists by The Washington Post and The New York Times, Snyder includes the president and members of Congress as addressees.

Here’s the card.

I think it's funny, stupid but it made me laugh. Good old Santa is protecting us from "terra". My guess is that is about right. Santa is protecting us not anyone in the administration.

I also find the image of Santa with a gun abhorant. Santa was always about peace, goodwill, love, etc... the REAL "Christian" values that Jesus supposedly taught and lived by.

My husband and I support the right to own guns when combined with some legal checks like "Brady Law", resposible gun ownership and use. After seeing this card this org most certainly would not gain our support and if we had joined before, receiving this assine card would have us writing a letter in disgust and asking to removed as members.

Look closely at baby Jesus... The "terrorist" is trying to "kill" Christianity too.

And does that Xmas ball in the middle have a GW drawn on it (the one smack dab in the middle?) When I look at the card, that's the first thing my eye is drawn to (which just makes the card badly designed, as we could already see).
