these record heating bills - how much does deregulation play a factor?
I havnt seen much discussion of this. Isnt what is going on is that heating companies are just basically unregulated monopolies that can charge whatever they want?

1. Sounds like what went on with electric in California is now going on with
going on wit the cost of oil. We go OIL today and it cost us $400.00 for 200 gallons and that will last 2 to 2 1/2 weeks depending on the weather.
$700.00 a month for oil.... not to mention electric...which is running about $500.00. HORRORS? Even the middle class can't survive this!

Bush* and his buddies are in total control.
