rush was in fine form today... |
|
he said the judge who resigned may have been the person who leaked the whole spying story..well maybe-hint-hint. gee rush, do you think maybe you should`t be attacking a judge when you`re facing drug charges? he also had some dope on saying it was ok to spy without warrants because it would take to much time to get one....rush- most people in the country have watched the da`s on law and order track down judges to get them to sign. actually the secret court have a stack of presigned warrants and they just fill in the blanks and there is no "long review" of any warrants. once again rush never fails to amaze me..those two brilliant statements were all within 5 minutes

2. Take too much time to get a warrant?? |
|
The 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act allows a President to order a wiretap, and THEN seek court permission. Forget the crap that's shown on TV. The law proves the lie.
It chagrins me to no end when Rush pointedly fails to tell the truth.

4. Why don't you call in and refute him... |
|
oh, right, he doesn't talk to people who disagree with him. Too spineless.

5. You'd also think that.. |
|
..he wouldn't take bad about the ACLU while he's being represented by them, but that hasn't happened. Rush is just a blowhard - I laugh at the drones that call in in admiration of him.

9. So, it's okay to spy on people without |
|
getting a warrant? Then why has it taken, how many years, for the Prosecutor to get Rush's medical records? Why is Rush fighting that if it's okay to spy on the American people because it takes too much time to get a warrant?
I know it's useless to ask, but is there even one of his ditto-heads who might wonder why Rush would have on someone who is basically saying that Rush is wrong to insist on his 4th Amendment rights?
I wonder if it's possible to get past his screeners and ask that simple question? I'd love to hear his answer.
