3. I'm passing thru from Seattle to S.D.

So I'm hanging out in S.F. till Saturday so I can make it to the march. Haven't been to a march since the 60's and I'm looking forward to it.

but in my little small town I will be protesting "on the bridge" with all of those persons who protested on a whole lot of bridges in Maine to protest Bush's invasion of Iraq. All throughout Maine there were people who were gathered on the "bridge", wherever it might have been, to protest Bush's potential attack on Iraq. Once more, we will be "on the bridge" the same place we all froze our asses off every Sunday for weeks to protest the idiot's invasion of Iraq. This is mostly the work of the Quakers who have seen to it that this coincides with the DC protest and gets passed around and that we are aware of it.

Usually you will see volunteers from various groups stapling posters onto wooden sticks (making signs) early on in prep for the march. Just ask for one, or even volunteer to help 'em make them.

Everybody's pretty cool, and the signs are free, even though they might ask for a small donation for their group.
