Bush's photo op tax cut families--before and after

During the 2000 campaign Bush trotted out average families for phot ops and promised them they would get X dollars when his tax cut program passed.

Has anyone checked up on those families?

I'll bet some are out of work. I'll also bet people like waitresses are getting less in tips even if they are working.
