1. Wow, somebody has been busy!
Thanks for the link.

It still surprises me that the fact that Halliburton lost nearly a billion dollars in their last fiscal year gets no press whatsoever.

The whole no-bid contract crap is just a taxpayer-funded bailout of the company!

2. Not to be a shit or anything,
but your banner picture shows a soldier in a training exercise, not over in Iraq or Ashcanistan. How do I know this? I'll let you guess.

6. Is there something about the uniform?
I knew it was a training photo, but on the whole I don't think it matters -- it's the look on the soldier's face that makes the photo stand out. And she could be sent to Iraq, eventually, yes?

5. I already knew that.
I read the caption when I pulled it off the DoD web site. I picked it because I LOVE the photo. Is that your photo?

10. No, that's not me.
He/She is wearing the MILES laser training system.

If it's the look you were going for, then you should have asked me. I have dozens of photos from when I was in the Army, in the field, waiting to slit my wrists from the sheer boredom.

9. Go to Google...
Hit Halliburton, Burma, lawsuit, Cheney or any combination of these. It's quite enlightening.
