while not technically in violation of the constitution (simply because it hasnt been challanged in the courts). it does allow for being held for unlimited ammounts of time without being charged, given right to a lawyer. also they can look into your records without your consent or even notifying you that they are doing so (by obtaining a warrant to investagate 'suspicious or terrorist activities', which you need almost no evidence for, it an be as simple as a middle eastern man or woman speaking out agaisnt the government or its polocies).
