MOAB (mother of all bombs) test - Take 2
I missed this little news blip last Friday. If it was already mentioned here, I missed that, too. Apologies if this has already been posted.

Second test set for massive bomb at Eglin
Last Update: 10/24/2003 4:14:25 PM

(Eglin Air Force Base-AP) -- A massive bomb that shook windows miles away and sent up a huge cloud of dust during its first trial at Eglin Air Force Base is set for a second test next month.

>snip<

Eglin spokesman Rex Swenson says the second bomb will be tested at the Florida Panhandle base on or around November 19th.

The first bomb was dropped on March 11th, eight days before President Bush ordered the attack on Iraq. Air Force officials were candid in acknowledging the bomb's role as a psychological weapon.

Since the MOAB is billed as a 'psychological' weapon, who are we trying to warn or intimidate now?

I also wonder about the significance of November 19th.
