Newsweek Cover: "Bush's $87 Billion Mess"
+ a closeup of him looking bad.
Also on the cover: "Waste, Chaos, and Cronyism: The Real Cost of Rebuilding Iraq"

1. No wonder he was such a fumble-tongue
at his press conference.

2. Holy Black and White Batman!
Not a lot of grey area in that cover. The response form the Right should be interesting.

3. Great Cover, isn't it?! I just picked it out
of my mail box and hadn't even looked at it until I read your post.

Is the news finally coinciding with what is happening?

5. That's great..............
but it's a bit more than $87 Billion. That's just this installment. The price tag thus far is well over $100 Billion. And he said today that he doesn't want to burden the Iraqi people with loans. It's OK to burden the American taxpayers with enormous deficits, but let's not expect to have Iraqis pay for their glorious new freedoms. What a piece of shit.
