Don't people who are suicidal get in their car and drive to a secluded place out of site from the public? Or they jump off a bridge maybe? But to take a walk down the street on which you live, and somehow kill yourself seems a very big stretch to me.

I don't know what new reports you've been watching but Dr Kelly was found in a copse of trees in the Oxfordshire countryside. He was nowhere near a street.
