Kentucky Governors Race.
I don't know whether this has been discussed but there has bee a very lively campaign between Ben Chandler (D) and Ernie Fletcher (R). The Republican Governors Association (RGA) have poured a bunch of campaign advertising into Fletchers run and around here it has been wall to wall Fletcher commercials with almost all of this being negative campaign ads against Chandler. There was even an instance where there was back to back Fletcher anti-Chandler commercials (One from the Flretcher people one from the RGA) while I was watching the news last week.

I'm really pulling for Chandler though I can't vote for him (non-Ky resident), if for not other reason because I hope somewhere big money won't buy an elected office for once.

1. Well
The last poll had Flecther ahead by 9 points. I am afraid that he is going to win this race.
