when they come up with statements like, "This will cause the loss of over 1000 jobs," exactly where they come up with that number. I want that crystal ball.
Regardless, welcome to Post-millenial America. We don't honor any treaties we've signed unless it's to our immediate benefit right now.

It has broken or violated every single treaty it has ever entered into with the Native Nations of Turtle Island (North America).
That's a fact. Look it up if'n ya can't believe it. Our nation has been -- and continues to be -- faithfully faithless in its legal dealings with the human beings who populated this land before the boat people arrived from Europe 5 centuries ago.
