I could not care less about this "summer story".. Pro athletes have "had their way with" many a young girl.. Young girls have "accused" pro athletes of things that were NOT done.. Who knows?? The two of them ..

I say black out all coverage.. let a jury decide..:eyes:..

7. I heard a theory...

that the DA had to file charges to save face. If he files a misdemeanor, Kobe walks away scott free. Filing a felony will get a plea deal for Kobe, some justice for the victim, and makes it harder for Kobe to sue an overzealous sherriff for wrongful arrest.
