2. you kidding? DA will probably get a job with federal government

for going forward on a bogus charge. This would have been a non story if the DA didn't play to the cameras and say he'd announce a day before he announced. If he said...sorry nothing to prosecute here, everyone would be focusing on dead WMD expert, Cheney papers, etc.
