This is great website for those who are knowledgeable or know little about the FACTS. Accepting these FACTS, you are less likely to fall prey to the Warren Commission MYTH and the unending 40 year old coverup. Case closed? Hardly.

Let's see ABC dispute this....

From Michael Griffith:
"With all the controversy surrounding the assassination of President Kennedy, it might be somewhat surprising to learn that there are many acknowledged facts about the case, facts that are so well established they aren't disputed by anyone who has seriously studied the case, and that point to conspiracy. Discussion about the JFK assassination usually centers on a specific area of the case. Sometimes, in focusing on a particular issue, we forget or overlook the obvious things. The acknowledged facts alone indicate the assassination resulted from a conspiracy, and that it was followed by an extensive cover-up. What are these facts? Here are SOME of them:"

1. I brought my 14 year old daughter to JFK's grave at Arlington this week
as well as Bobby's

since the 40th anniversary is coming up of the assassination

I wanted to pay hommage to the murdered men of peace.

In D.C, I saw Ahnold in the halls of Congress.

Nancy Pelosi patted my arm when I told her "Give BUSH HELL!!!"

she really put her hands on my upper arm and her eyes sparkled.

She said nothing but her eyes said it all...

Fascism and fascists are whatr killed JFK and RFK and Malcolm and MLK

Nancy is TRYING.

So is Dean.

We all need to make 2004 Happen for Democracy.,

Dean/Edwards 2004 (Now that Al is engrossed in the media which is a GOOD thing even though I miss Al)

3. The Men Who Killed Kennedy
I've seen this series twice and anyone interested in this subject should check it out.

The below is from the liner notes on the DVD release, and following is a link to a review of the series.

Your Texas Editor.

---------------

THE MEN WHO KILLED KENNEDY

The Coup d'Etat - A medical technician casts doubts on the official autopsy photographs, and photo analysis undermines the lone gunman theory.

The Forces of Darkness - See two shadowy figures on the grassy knoll, and find out about the "lost" home movie that contained key evidence.

The Cover-Up - An FBI agent confirms that evidence has been suppressed, and a notorious criminal is confronted about his possible role.

The Patsy - Witness Oswald's reaction when charged with the shooting, and the mortician who buried the alleged assassin reveals what he discovered 18 years later.

The Witnesses - The people who were there - but who the government chose to ignore - tell their versions of what happened at Dealey Plaza.

The Truth Shall Set You Free - See conclusive proof that the official autopsy photos were faked, and hear from an Army Colonel who says he was trained to eliminate witnesses to the assassination.

Review of The Men Who Killed Kennedy

The Men Who Killed Kennedy is a British (ITV) documentary film directed by Nigel Turner. I wrote this shortly after I interviewed Turner in London in March 1989. Turner's film was finally broadcast in the US in September 1991 on A&E cable, just a couple of months before Stone's JFK opened.

In view of the lukewarm reception given to several television documentaries last November on the assassination of President Kennedy, it is astonishing that the best film on the subject has not been shown in the United States. "The Men Who Killed Kennedy," produced by Nigel Turner for British Central Independent Television, was broadcast in England on October 25, 1988, and subsequently in thirty other countries by Christmas--but not in the United States.

What this film, nominated for best documentary by the British Association of Film and Television Arts, reveals about the Kennedy assassination and its aftermath is so spectacular that it is unconscionable to ignore it. It presents key evidence and testimony made public for the first time in 25 years, including an eyewitness who was standing on the grassy knoll, probably a few feet away from the gunman who fired the fatal head shot. The most spectacular revelation, based on the research of American writer Steve Rivele, is nothing less than the names of the probable gunmen (none of whom was Lee Harvey Oswald).

These findings are the result of years of painstaking research, presented soberly and without melodrama. If it smacks of sensationalism, it is only because anything hinting at the truth in this case must sound sensational. If the government has colluded with the press for over 25 years in propagating a fictitious account of what happened in Dallas, which unfortunately seems to be the case, how could the truth sound anything other than sensational?

6. I saw it at least 4 times..it is an excellent work..

But the real breakthrough was when Oliver Stone's "JFK" was released in 1991. Based on the book by Jim Garrison, a true American hero who, like Stone, was vilified and slandered by the government and press at the time of his 1967 investigation of Clay Shaw.

By the way, the jurors acquitted Shaw, who claimed he did not work for the CIA. It was disclosed years later that he was a CIA informant.

BTW, the jurors declared that they believed there was a conspiracy, and were the first citizns to view the Zapruder film - four years after the fact.

That on every major anniversary of the JFK assasination we get an apologetic for the Warren Report from one of the major networks or news magazines. I know CBS did one at one time. They even had Walter Conkite fronting for it. It would be interesting to get to Uncle Walter now that he is retired, and ask him what he *really* thinks about the Kennedy assasination, and what was he requested to do as THE major media figure of trust at that time, and again when CBS spun out that special apologetic on one of the anniversaries. There was one anniversary where TIME Magazine spun out a Warren report apologetic too. I can't remember one from NBC, but I bet there was an anniversary where they had to take the duty rotation on this.

Now why do none of these 'final word' type things from the major media ever reference the 1978 HSCA Report (House Select Committee on Assasinations) that came to the CONCLUSION that there WAS DEFINITELY a conspiracy in regard to the JFK, MLK, and RFK assasinations. They just couldn't determine exactly what it was, but they concluded that there was conspiracy involved.

Will this new 'special' reference the HSCA Report from 1978 at all ?
Don't hold your breath.
