BBV: Stephenson's Stormtroopers and other musings.

WOW...that is what I have to say about today's experience. I went to Clark county for their meeting this AM. I went down as the keynote speaker. I had worked on my speech yesterday and ooooops forgot it at home. So I had to fly by the seat of my pants. By the end of the discussion 1 hour and 20 minutes later.I had made some important allies in my fight to unseat Sam Reed. I have a group of supporters calling themselves Stephenson's Stormtroopers. They are gungho and in the know regarding BBV. I am truly humbled by todays experience. I have never spoken to such a large group before so I was afraid I would be nervous. But they made me feel right at home and I did not stumble over my words once. I was feeling unworthy yesterday...today...I have grass roots support. What a difference a day makes. Oh did I mention I got donations today as well? SO I guess I am really in this race now. My head is spinning and I am exhausted from the 5 hours on the road, but no problem. Tomorrow is another day and I will be speaking to more Democrats. WOW!!!
