His NRA rating aside, he supports all current federal gun legislation and supports closing the gun show loophole. I went into this campaign with positive feelings about Howard Dean, and even though I'm pretty angry right now (like everyone else, it seems), and am absolutely clear that my candidate is better for the country, at the end of the day I always vote, and a vote for Bush is unthinkable. On the other hand, if an interesting 3rd party candidate not named Nader emerged, all bets are off.
