There was enough documented stuff about him and actual tapes and books that showed his real self, that he could claim that they hired him BECAUSE of his attitudes and beliefs.. To have fired him for using the exact personna that they HIRED him for, could actually be wrongful terminiation..

He does love to sue people..:)... This could actually work FOR him..:(

1. I think you're right, and he SHOULD sue. I intercepted this letter:

"You hired me to be a voice for the right. You know, a bigoted, homophobic, corporation loving asshole. You fired Donahue and hired me for these reasons. Oh, so now that a little of that vitriol seeps into my TV show, you want to make a big deal out of it? THAT'S WHY YOU HIRED ME, you spineless liberals!!! DIDN'T YOU EVEN LISTEN TO MY RADIO SHOW? You are so clueless.
