2. My g-d, our government SUCKS!
We have given Afghanistan $2 billion in aid and Karzai said they estimate that they need at least $15-20 billion! I knew the shrub would do this. The day he said we would rebuild Afghanistan, I thought to myself...."You're lying." He lied....damn bastard. THIS is one of the reasons we are so hated.

3. 90% of the Afghan citizens
are illiterate! No access to basic health-care. THIS is the saddest thing I have seen in a long time. :( Babies dying from no medical care. We have left these people destitute!

5. I know
it really makes me ashamed to be an American. :( They lied and they knew they were lying when they made the promise.

6. Actually, I have heard that
for the last two months (even before she was annointed as the unsticker) Condi Rice has been in direct contact with the aid people in Afghanistan trying to get things done at breakneck speed (that happened right after it was noticed in Congress that Bush had "forgotten" to ask for money to be allocated to Afghanistan "reconstruction").

8. Right,
2 years later and he's finally trying to do something because the Taliban has re-grouped. He had better not leave those poor people with a country that we destroyed. How the hell can you forget about a promise of $20 billion? Forgot, my ass!

The show ended with:

Not rebuilding Afghanistan is NOT an option. The last time the U.S. did that we got Bin Ladin. THAT is exactly what will happen if we abandon them.....AGAIN.

9. We HAVE to at least
try! We PROMISED them that we would rebuild their country. We should have done that instead of starting a war in Iraq.
