For those of you who are new to blogging, there are these websites called "blogs". There are many political blogs on the internet that range from history, to politics, to international relations, and so forth. They are basically online journals of pundits.
Anyhow, CalPundit has endorsed Wesley Clark for President.
Here is the link to his website:

And here is the link to the comments section on his blog for this entry.

Letterman made a joke about people "endorsing" candidates vs. just saying who they want to be president. To become self important, Dave says, simply announce an exploratory committee to look into who you will support. Then announce the *day* you will announce your support. Then one day say that you will be voting for candidate Y, but say that an actual "official announcement" will be coming soon. A week or two later you officially endorse - on your own website - your favorite candidate. It was pretty funny the way he did it!

These guys aren't politicians. I mean, they do this for fun, not to make political connections or anything.
this guy hasn't chosen a candidate until recently. He also tries to maintain the integrity of his website by putting the candidtes statements and platforms into perspective.
I mean, he just endorsed him today.
There are other "prominent" bloggers that haven't endorsed ANYONE yet. And, well I feel this personally, they are of significant influence on this primary since the frontrunners like Dean and Clark are mainly internet established candidates.
So their endorsements hold a lot of bearing.
