Sen. Judd Gregg on Cspan2

He's on the floor of the Senate now talking
about a letter from Rummy who cried about not
getting an extra $20 million from the Appropriations
Committee for "extra diplomats". Gregg's
visibly upset and pissed.

The Senate will hear and vote on the $87.5 that
came out of the Congress's Conference on the
military and rebuild funds in Iraq and Afghanistan
today.
