Hats off for Robert Byrd!
Edited on Tue Nov-04-03 01:37 AM by Cascadian
I am furious! Totally furious  at Congress. They have just contributed to the national debt further by approving the $87.5B!

I salute West Viginia Senator Robert Byrd for having the guts to say "Nay" to this selling out of America's future! Where in the hell were the rest of the Democrats??? How damned spineless can you get???? This is what I am talking about. The Senate Democrats should have made themselves be known.

I am glad that Senator Byrd is there. It is too bad he is getting up there in age. God knows the Senate needs more men and women like him!

9. My rage!
I guess I was in such a rage that I was thinking of Howard Dean and the name clashed with Robert Byrd's.

What can I say?

3. I know that!
My bad! I am entitled to make at least 500,000 mistakes in my life!

I am already down to 437,000.

7. Bush has almost used up his quota.
He's down to about 17,200! Sadly, his mistakes are the gravest!

10. As long as you don't play chess,
500,000 ought to be enough.

8. Obviously,
Senator Byrd is the only one left with any balls.
If Democrats don't grow some they deserve to lose in 2004.:grr:
