About the media ban on soldier's coffins... |
|
...Excuse me; "Transfer Tubes"
Anyway, the blatant hypocrisy of this just occured to me! While they say they have banned the media coverage of dead American soldiers coming home out of respect for the families...
Neither Bush, nor any other administration official has met with those family members, held a memorial, called to express condolence, etc., etc. Is'nt that a kick in the nads? They care enough to forbid those coffins being televised, (which, by the way, just happens to be bad publicity) but they don't care enough to even make a lousy phone call, or write a simple letter to those same families expressing sympathy.
Dirty, miserable pricks.

Some how that does not help me and I am sure not the mother's and father's either.I do see the West Point did not go along with this. Local papers are also covering this.
