He is the reason so many people thought the Gore campaign really wasn't that different than Bush's. And if you judged Gore's campaign based on Leiberman, you'd be right.

He won more than half a million more votes than the other guy. Don't ever forget that.
I was hugely disappointed at the choice of Lieberman. He was never a good choice, but it didn't drive me away from supporting the ticket.
