anyone know how to go about sending care pkgs to the troops in Iraq?
I've managed to get my repube boss motivated to start sending some stuff out there as a group, but I have NO idea who/how/where to get the info to send things. Is there a website, or something, that has info like addresses, needed items, that sort of thing?

3. Don't forget about the hospitalized amputees and severly wounded
military personnel who are in military hospitals here in the US. Maybe someone knows how to go about sending them care packages, too. We never seem to hear about them.

7. my boss is a Rumsfeld "groupie"
seriously...

and used to complain that the tv news was putting too much emphasis on the "negative" aspects of the war (never mind that I saw the media coverage as exactly the opposite!), but after a few emailed articles from me about dead soldiers, etc, she is starting to climb out of the rosy glow. I think the article about the Dover ban really got to her.

She's still repube, but on my side now at least as far as this goes, and no longer believes that the troops are all happy campers who can't wait to give Rummy a hug

9. cool, thanks!
I like the Iraqi families idea. Though I'm pretty sure my boss would call that treason, you can count ME in to send something...

I'll be paid on the 14th and will be stocking up on some stuff, when are these pkgs going out?
