Poll question: Unofficial #2-Choice Straw Poll |
|
Please vote for your SECOND choice here.
Undecided? Try to pick one anyways. It won't hurt a bit.
Peace

Maybe the Party will pick up on this idea for a newfangled sort of primary that measures depth of support.

...Clark second, Dean first, and Edwards can go himself.
Later.

8. It's interesting that so many people want Edwards as the veep. |

Consequently he is a strong second choice.

9. I wonder what the hesitation is about Edwards |
|
as a #1 choice.
His rise in this poll is almost as shocking as Dean's flatness.

12. Kucinich/Braun P and VP |
|
OR Braun/Kucinich.
I support Dean as a pragmatist - but in reality I would love to see a pacifist as president as well as an African American woman.
Idealogically Kucinich is # 1 Sociopolitically Braun is #2
Practically Dean is # 1 and Edwards #2

13. Clark is the Least Objectionable Candidate |
|
Dean has the most avid support overall, but his lack of support here tells me he is the most polarizing candidate. Ya love him or you hate him. I love him, but given the equal amount of resistance to him, I've remained undecided. It doesn't matter if the resistance is unfounded or not, it's strong and it's there.
This poll helped me confirm that.
Edwards had a strong showing here, but falls flat for the top pick. Maybe 2008 or a VP slot for him.
Does the southern factor weigh in the backs of everyone's minds?
Seems Clark has the greatest depth of support, and would be the one that makes the greatest number of democrats happy. Plus, I like him...just wish he'd get over the ho-hum effect his campaign seems to be suffering from.
Thanks for helping!
