Does anyone here think aWol will agree to debate |
|
any democratic candidate?
I really doubt it. And the media will praise his statemanlike decision to focus on the serious job of defending the nation against terrorism.

1. Only if it is STRICTLY scripted. |
|
I dont think Rove would let Shrub anywhere NEAR a freeflowing debate format. Any one of the current candidates would tear him a new poop duct.

Only if questions are from the moderator and are vetted beforehand, so he doesn't have to try to think of answers, not that he ever has any.
Otherwise, he'll try to look presidential by being too busy to stoop to such a display.

4. If he tries to look busy... |
|
I think it would behoove the Dem candidate to question why he can't debate for 2 hours, but can take off for a month at a time 3 or 4 times a year to Texas and Camp David...

9. Who Cares What *He* (Doesn't) Think? |
|
Whether he shows up or not, he has nothing to say. It would even be better for him to be absent physically as he is mentally, and our nominee could play off of THAT.

10. I doubt he will even agree to have an election..... |
|
Look for martial law with elections suspended for national security reasons...blah..blah..blah. Fascists hate elections. If the chimp thinks there is a chance of losing he will take action.

14. I think his cognitive abilities have deteriorated considerably |
|
since he debated Gore, if that's possible to imagine. From what I remember of the last presidential debates, his performance was marginal at best.
Nowadays he can hardly put together 5 words into a meaningful sentence. I don't know what's going on; maybe some sort of organicity. In any case, I don't see how the puppet masters could ever agree to debates.
How they'll accomplish this, I don't know. But it'll have to be done.

15. He'll definitely agree for two reasons |
|
1) many swing/casual voters base their choice on the debates
2) the jackass thinks he won the last one - or at least the press told him he did

Why would you think he wouldn't this time?
He debated Ann Richards and Al Gore. You think he's going to be afraid of Howard Dean?
Has he ever run a race without debates?
I think he feels he debates just fine.

19. Gore won the debates easily |
|
The media WON the debates for Bush.
The media gushed over Bush and his half-answers and no-answers and lies. Then they focused on Gore's outfit color and his sighing.
The media is our biggest hurdle in this country.
I agree he will debate and no matter how bad Kucinich(:P) makes him look the media will get brown noses kissing our lovely leaders ass.

18. Of course he will. Why not? He could slouch there and pick his nose |
|
and mutter unintelligibly and he would 'win' hands down because the Bush Crime Family owns the press. How do you think he's 'won' all the debates and elections thus far? There is absolutely NO risk to him debating.
