Did anybody read "Bush At War"? I was wondering ...... |
|
how good it was and if it was worth reading.
Maybe a few other reading suggestions, if you don't recommend this one.

1. You should DEFINATELY read David Corn's book |
|
The Lies of George W. Bush. It is absolutely amazing the things this pResident (and former gov.) got away with. I mean amazing.

I thought I was pretty keen to the lies of this administration. Let me tell you, my knowledge didn't even scratch the surface of the deception this administration has engaged in. I was angry, I mean REALLY angry when I finished the book. It would do our country some good if all registered voters were required to read the book prior to voting.

6. Believe it or not, it's sitting (unread) in my bookcase. A freeper |
|
coworker of my husband's bought it and gave it to him to give to me after my husband brought Franken's book (which several other Repub leaning coworkers have read and enjoyed since). Don't buy it. I'll send you mine for free just to get it the hell out of my house. ;)

8. I read it and recommend it |
|
I thought it was excellent. It was a revealing look into the inner workings of the administration and the relationship between the cabinet members and key officials. They were hell-bent on Iraq from the beginning, and Bush makes no bones about it.
It should be required reading for everyone. :D
