My personal message to Zell Miller...

Since none of your fellow Democratic Senators appear to care what you say or about the damage you are doing to our Party, let me ask you one small question. Isn't it about time to shut up? We do not need you tearing down our Party as George W Bush is tearing down this country. You can vote for him if you want - it's a free country - but you have no business going around to all the television shows tearing down our candidates and our Party.

You do not have all omnipotent knowledge about what a Democrat needs to do to win in the South. You won as a Democrat because Democrats voted for you. You weren't too critical when you were looking for our votes, were you? You know what we call people like you? Hypocrites!

As for your support of Dubya's taxcuts, you seem to not recall Ronald Reagan and the huge deficits that he burdened our country with? Yeah, it was the gravy train for a few years until reality hit. By the time Poppy left office, the deficits were almost $300 billion dollars! And your friends, the Republicans, did not know whether to poop or go blind. They thought the problem would cure itself. It didn't and it wouldn't have if we had not elected the Democrat, Bill Clinton, in 1992. Your candidate, Dubya, is going down the same path. Those that forget the lessons of history are doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past.

Why don't you just haul your sorry butt out of the Party right now? You want to run for office as Republican, it is pretty obvious. Your two-faced back-stabbing treason is transparent to all good Democrats.
