The memo meme
is nothing more than an attempt to wholly discredit any investigations of BushCo. I listened, ad nauseum, to Hannity's radio show yesterday and he had Newt Gingrich, and others from their side on his show each talking about the memo. He asked each whether they thought there should be a full-scale investigation. They did not agree with him. Instead, each agreed that since there won't be any investigation of "the memo", then Bushco is above reproach and should not be expected to comply when they are investigated--this is a pre-exoneration ploy for the 911 investigation and all the others to follow in its wake IMHO.

So transparent.

3. So what angle is hannity trying to play.
To me it simply looks like a strategy memo to overcome the stonewalling by the WH and lack of action given the present state of congress. It looks like something that the Dems may have actually wanted to leak. Or does that make no sense? Am I missing something?

Seriously, what does he think he has here?

4. Starting To Think Memo Leak is A Good Thing
Many dems are disheartened thinking dem. reps in congress aren't fighting back. This memo shows we are fighting on the issues, and fighting cleanly.

We are not fighting back based on stuff like the taking of land for the ballpark in arlington, the insider trading etc. We are fighting back based on some of the most important issues to the American people. Hek yeah - this is not treason, this, to use an overused but very appropriate term - is patriotic!

6. Did that blowhard call this treason?
Well, if you're going to leak a memo hoping that someone would have an hysterical reaction, sean's your man.

He really called this memo treasonous?

5. I think Dems leaked this memo on purpose, too
and funny how Richard Perle's little tale of last minute negotiations just so happened to surface the following day. Perle is trying to save his own neck because the walls are closing in on the neocons/OSP.

This is what Rockefeller is trying to investigate and make transparent - the OSP's skewing of the Iraqi intelligence.

Richard Perle is a total weasel - he'd sell his own kids on the black market if he thought it would save himself.:puke:
