SAN FRANCISCO -- Gov.-elect Arnold Schwarzenegger will name a private investigator to look into accusations of sexual misconduct made against him during the final days of the California recall campaign, an aide said Thursday.

The move is intended to fulfill a campaign promise, made by Schwarzenegger last month, that he would address the accusations after the election. During the campaign, he admitted to some past sexual misbehavior and issued a general apology but declined to address specifics. more...
