This one from today's Politech list is the cream of the crop. Beats the CAPPS testimony (we can block anyone from flying, for any reason, and don't have to tell that we've done it, or why).

This doesn't bode well for our Aussie friends.

The 2 countries don't share a legal system. There's no more reason for New Zealand laws to affect Australia than, say, Canada.
