Why do Democrats who speak to nation allow Bushie and his cabal |
|
Edited on Sun Nov-09-03 04:59 PM by RuB
to say the war and occupation of Iraq is a continuation of the war on terror that started with a legitimate war in Afganistan.
Why do they allow the Republicans to call the war with Iraq a war on terror?
edit:not all but allow

1. Well, someone has convinced the majority Iraq isn't about terror |
|
There was a poll published last week or earlier this week that had the majority of Americans believing that Iraq was not a focus of the war on terror.
I go off and look for a link, but be encouraged that the nation isn't falling for Roverer's rhetoric.

2. I would love to believe that the American public would see the |
|
difference between the Taliban dominated government of afghanistan (and enablers of OBL)but the sad fact is...that the American public doesn't give a crap...Iraqi...Iranian...Afghan...they're all the same in the eyes of Americans.

3. 1) They have no guts 2) Most of them voted for the war or have failed |
|
to expose it for the fraud that it is, so they're no longer in any position to turn around & loudly criticize it, & 3) Many or most of the party leaders are not really against the war.
