I have Union support my first local. They are on board. Clean across the state in Spokane. To win in Washington...you have to garner support in Spokane. Tonight I got a phone call. My sister has called me crazy...for running...especially since I am a Dem and she is a puke.

There are liberals there and I think a lot of them would be Democrats if someone lit a fire under them. I think they vote Republican out of habit because they aren't neo-con fundies.

I used to live in Idaho and used to go to Spokane to do some shopping. Although when I was there, there were some nice female reporters who worked for the Spokane Spokesman. Although the owner is a freeper of the worst variety, he does have left wing columnists and reporters working for him for journalistic integrity. Imagine that. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to get in touch with some of them. I wish I could remember some names. I'm not much help am I.:-(
