If Kerry is the only one who can and will take out the BFEE...
Then why didn't he do it on Face the Nation today? Why didn't he redirect some questions to that, rather than Dean?

As much as I hate the BFEE/CIA for the BCCI, Mena, Golden Triangle, & Enron, I am not buying the argument that Kerry is waiting for the nomination to drop the bomb on the BFEE or that the people assembled around him will only do it if Kerry is the nominee.

Kerry, drop the bomb now. The debates are live. Say it then. You'll get more Democrats voting for you than you would believe.

I mean no disrespect to Senator Kerry, but this line of reasoning doesn't work for me.

1. You're not the only one
Those who think Kerry is one who will save us from the BFEE are severely delusional.

Hell, I don't even think Dean will (or could). I think it will take a Great Awakening.

2. I second!
Every word you said. Kerry should show his cards, already, or accept that he's toast. If he does, no doubt we'll ALL be lining up to join his barricades. If he doesn't, tough. Political maneuvering and "wise timing" among those who know the BFEE game but don't call it out are what has let the BFEE run rampant since the mid-1970s. If not now, when?

4. Yes, dammit--
he should do it and do it now! Someone posted that he had a team all lined up, no? Well then, there's no time like the present to reveal and attack the BFEE! Tally ho!

12. Yeah...support the guy who WOULDN'T stand against Reagn-Bush on IranContra
Support the guy who just a few months ago said he had "mixed feelings" about IranContra. Now THERE'S a guy you can trust to do what's needed.

5. I heard that one a million times leading up to Election 2002
Bush outrage after outrage... and where were the Democrats people were asking? I can't tell you how many times I heard something to the effect of "they're waiting for Bush to get enough rope to hang himself" or "they have to wait for just the right time." I'm still waiting. I don't buy that story anymore.

6. Kerry doesn't have the balls to out the BFEE
It's only been about 20 years since Iran-Contra. He's built a nice career on playing it safe and being only politely controversial. If he is "waiting for the nomination" to save the country from this hideous evil, then he is just an opportunist slimeball, withholding the truth to serve his own ends. So if he doesn't win the nomination, he can watch from the sidelines as the BFEE commits more atrocities and feel the satisfaction of gloating to himself that the country gets what it deserves because it didn't elect John I Am Entitled Kerry? It takes COURAGE to stand up to evil and Kerry has shown he just doesn't have it. Most blatantly, the same thugs that put together Iran-Contra are right there behind Bush, steering the country into Iraq--and Kerry voted right along with their plans. I despise that BFEE enabler.

9. Haha...what a ridiculous statement.
Edited on Mon Nov-10-03 12:56 PM by blm
Kerry did not play it safe at all, and if you really knew anything about BCCI and IranContra, you would never make that statement. You would also not say it was twenty years ago. BCCI, IranContra and CIA drugrunning are all linked to 9-11 and events in Iraq.

Guess you missed Kerry's 1997 book where he laid out how govts. around the world are allowing the funding of terrorism. Or his statement after 9-11 where he connected it to BCCI?

Because YOU don't know anything close to the truth about these historic events, you have no right to blame Kerry - one of the FEW who ever took on the entire BFEE infrastructure.

13. I agree
That sums up my feelings on all the candidates that voted for the IWR. They enabled the BFEE's evil plans, and as such they are just as bad as the BFEE. Why would I vote for a BFEE enabler over a BFEE operative? They are one in the same.

8. It has to be when the PEOPLE are focused on two candidates.
You want it now. If you put it out there in bits and pieces you LOSE because you tipped your hand when hardly anyone was even paying attention.

This is no small stuff, and was 30 years oin the making, and you want it all to come out in a 10 minute appearance?

How many people watched that?

11. This is why Kerry aint the the one for the job
Do you need any more evidence? The proof of someone's mettle is in their actions and their timing. Kerry clearly is failing on both counts.

Establishmentarianism and Statism will surely take down the Democratic Party quicker than any poorly worded statement on wooing poor white Southern workers.
