What were the key findings of the Kay Report?

Do you have a link to the report, and more importantly, is there a site that lists the key findings with online footnotes to the relevant portions of the report?

I have a freeper acquaintance who is slowly questioning the right, but anything I tell him must be backed up by hard facts.

He is claiming that the Kay report unambiguously supported the need for war.

Also, in Will Pitt's latest article, he says that Iraq essentially surrendered on the eve of the war, but the US rejected it. Is there a link to the source anybody can provide?

Good work!

The problem I have with Freepers is that with even convincing evidence they cling to some obscure detail and say "well what about this..." They keep finding these little nothing rubs to keep them from committing to the reality that they are wrong.
