RICO is used to confiscate property and money from people if money

was obtained in an illgotten manner. Enron is close to getting their pee pee whacked really good so my question is can Bush*'s millions that he received through/from Enron be subject to RICO? If not, Why not? Illegal money is illegal money no matter how it is obtained. It should be subject to recovery by RICO or any means available.

A few years ago one of the large CPA firms in the country was involved in an audit where the company that they were auditing went bellyup. they found a fraud that was conducted by the senior management of the company and hidden from the auditors. They sued under RICO for triple damages. I think that they won but I am not sure.

4. In my opinion Bush* is acting as a money launderer.

It seems like most of Bush*'s contributors have been found involved in shady dealings but once they give their money to Bush* all is swept under the rug. The money is then officially laundered and clean as a whistle and they then receive some sort of kickback whether in tax cuts or no-bid contracts.
