Thanks in no small part to the suggestions of you guys at DU, I finally have my site going. I posted a week or so ago, and you guys made suggestions for what to include. Here is what I have at the site:
Why God Hates Bush: Using the Bible to show why Bush is not really a Christian (we don't believe that God hates anyone, btw, it's satire)
Exposing the Right: Providing links to right-wing sites such as the CCC and godhatesfags.com so that people can see who they're aligning themselves with if they vote Bush.
The Villains of History: Comparing liberal vs. conservative positions over the years
A Uniter, Not a Divider: George W. Bush-- uniting Democrats, Libertarians, Greens, Natural Law, and independents to oust him from office!
Moving To Canada If...: Very serious subject.. A lot of young people cannot endure another four years of Bush and what would become of our country. Older people might think we're being irrational, but we are pooling our knowledge to consider a possible move north.
Creating a Liberal Utopia: Less serious/ fantasy/ theoretical proposition of starting our own nation on liberal principals.
God Hates Free Speech: Discussion forum.. In no way comparable to DU, but I do have a decent user-base from my professional website, hiphopinfinity.com (over 2500 registered users) that I am directing to my new site-- mostly young radicals. I am in no way seeking to compete with DU (of course!) but I have set up the forum in what I think is an interesting manner, having separate forums for each issue...
I also have the rights to godhatesgodhatesfags.com. I would be interested in hearing any suggestions as to what to do with that URL.
