But I do contend that old Dr. Strangelove may well have a touch of senility as well - on account of the fact that he either can no longer remember the important content of his outrageous quotes - or the sick bastard is so incredibly brazen and full of himself to really believe he can absolutely get away with ANYTHING he says or does!
