Transcript of Faux News court hearing in lawsuit against Al Franken
This should be fun. It was posted on Al Franken's website, but Atrios was the one that provided the link:

1. Gems
---------
THE COURT: The President and the Vice President are also on the cover, are they not?

MS. HANSWIRTH: Yes, they are.

THE COURT: Is someone going to think that they are affiliated with Fox?

MS. HANSWIRTH: I think Mr. Franken does.
---------------

THE COURT: Of course, it is ironic that a media company that should be seeking to protect the First Amendment is seeking to undermine it by claiming a monopoly on the phrase "fair and balanced." The motion for a preliminary injunction is denied.

2. I want that clear thinking judge on all the freedom of speech issues in
the US, especially all those putrid acts trials. (Yeah, like there are any.) Thanks for sharing.

4. I can practically see the judge...
...rolling his/her eyes during this discourse. The whole thing was ludicrous from the start, and the judge's questions clearly indicate that.

Thanks for a great read!
