Send Feingold a letter of support
Sen. Feingold has done so much for the Democratic Party. He was the only one to vote against the Patriot Act when it was very unpopular and also passed Campaign Finance Reform and voted against the Iraq War Resolution.

If you want to send him a post pertaining to his forein policy views, click here:

If you would like to send him a general comment, click here:

2. He also SUPPORTED John Ashcroft in the Judicial Committee
Which wipes out his vote on the Patriot Act.

He is still on my shit list and I rarely say that about any democrat.

6. He didn't support Asskkkrack
He supported the president getting to have the cabinet of his choice.

Unless one of chimpy's appointees had a criminal background or some other valid reason in their past that they should not receive the appointment, then Feingold felt that they should be accepted. It's historic precident. As much as we dislike Asskkkrack, I agree with Feingold that the misadministration should be responsible for its actions and its cabinet appointments, not the congress. Now that chimpy and the gang have spent a great deal of time pointing fingers at everyone else for their problems, and now that the Patriot Act has come back to haunt them, I do not think Sen. Feingold's vote to allow Asskkkrack in was a bad political decision. Kind of a "let them hang themselves" maneuver, if you ask me.

5. Screw all the nay-sayers!
Russ Feingold is the closest Senator to what we lost in Wellstone.

Sure, we may not like every vote he casts, but for the most part he supports whats right.

And his bravery in actually abiding by not only the letter, but the spirit of his campaign finance reform law speaks volumes.
