The Senate has approved 98% of Bush's court appointments...
Are 4 appointees more important than medicare, healthcare, government operations? this is the question the Dems should be asking everytime they get access to the media.

...on the four filibustered nominations (anti-black, anti hispanic, anti Catholic.)

My question:
...what is the racial makeup of the 168 appointments approved?

On the Anti Catholic bigotry charge. "So you'd approve a judge who followed the Pope's admonition to abandon Capitol Punishment? A judge who declared his adament opposal to capitol punsihment?

I think there are 10 judges who are black and 9 who are hispanic, but I might be using old data.
