1. Democrats shouldn't talk about the 'judges' at all...

They should use this time to burn the Repubs on everything from the CIA Memo, to illegal invasion of Iraq, to the secrecy of Dick Cheney and the energy meetings, to the Axis of Evil, to the possible negative job growth for the first time since Hoover, to John Ashcroft and the Patriot Act, etc, etc,...The opportunities are overwhelming..:)w

2. It's been a long time since the Dems

did "something" right.
I would agree that, hypothetically, if the Dems would co-ordinate our efforts - harping on a few selective anti- * topics - it could backfire on the Repugs.
I would imagine though that our turns will be equivalent to reading tables of contents. I look forward to being surprised, however.
