Today in Iraq--what does this all mean?
So, we have begun Operation Iron Hammer.

We are going to pause our "rebuilding" efforts just long enough to bomb Iraq again. Meanwhile, BushCo has sent Bremmer back to make it all go away. How can that be accomplished?

Big attack on the Italians today. And apparently Mossad, too. The continued attacks on American troops continue.

Who can predict where this is headed--short term and long term? Is BushCo in complete cut and run? Will they simply leave all that oil?

What if several more big attacks kill our troops? How low is morale among average Americans? How low can it go?

What the hell is happening? How has our whore media been covering today's events?

1. It's Shrub and company's
Valiant attempt to win the hearts and minds of the Iraqi people and of course, win over the world too...

2. It means the Crusaders are slaughtering more Muslims

and the market has responded very favorably.

The American public has an unslakable thirst for Muslim blood.

3. Cut and run? Not yet.
There's plenty of munitions stored away or being made. Remember our $400 Billion defense budget?

It's been proven time and again, this regime loves to use the 'Big Stick.' They are the anti-peace Pugs.

As far as predictions go. Mine, when the invasion was launched was this:
We will win this battle but we will lose the war.

No outsider has ever conquered the Iraqi people. We will not alter history, only repeat it.

5. The bigger hammer theory of winning the hearts and minds?
If the "insurgents" are actually Iraqi civilian "patriots",
Then bombing them will only strengthen their resolve to get the occupiers out of their beloved country.
If the insurgents are "terrorists", ferriners from other Arab countries... How will the bombs differentiate between the "evil-doer terrorists" and innocent freedomized Iraqis?

Can you say failed planning? No exit strategy?
Election poll numbers dropping? Knee-jerk reaction?

This is a response an abusive spouse uses. I've struck you for making chili two nights in a row and you are crying? Here, I'll slap you a llittle harder so you'll learn your lesson!!!!

My god, Shock and Awe didn't detere these people from fighting back.
when will Bush* and company learn?

7. Wrong. They will not pay for this. YOU will

In fact, you are already paying for it, if you pay US taxes.

And the debt accrued, in every sense, is in your name.

8. Damn straight
The top 1% will not be paying for this, you can bet your paycheck on that. And yet the only Dem candidates considered "electable" are the ones insisting we need to keep our troops in Iraq. What a bunch of idiots the American people are.

9. Background on the History of "Operation Iron Hammer" (Nazi Operation)
Thanks to Tom Paine:

http://history1900s.about.com/library/prm/blsecretkg3.htm

Luftwaffe's Secret KG 200

--snip--

Iron Hammer was resurrected in February 1945, with several new twists. The Soviets had overrun all the advance bases included in earlier planning, so the attack would have to be launched from bases near Berlin and on the Baltic. Mistels would now be the primary weapon. Furthermore, Iron Hammer had become a part of a master strategy to regain the initiative in the East. After the strike rendered the Soviet production centers impotent, the Wehrmacht would wait until the Soviets had exhausted their front-line materiel. Freshly rearmed Waffen SS divisions would swarm northward from western Hungary, attempting to drive straight to the Baltic Sea and catch the advance elements of the Red Army in a huge pincer movement. After the Soviets had been eliminated and Central Europe was safe, the Germans would negotiate a separate peace with the Western Allies, and the struggle against Bolshevism could be continued. Iron Hammer was never launched, however. American daylight raiders destroyed 18 Mistels at the Rechlin-Laerz air base. With this main strike force gone, the entire mission was rendered moot even before Iron Hammer was officially canceled.

10. OMGOD
Don't these criminals ever crack a BOOK!?

It reminds me of the first name for the invasion: Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL!)

Or the first name for the Afghanistan war: Operation Eternal Justice (just plain offensively biblical)

STOOPID
