I just went into a freeper thread and tried to defend Clark.

They were pretty ignorant, and one guy I think called me a maroon. I dont think I did a great job and they kicked me off pretty quickly but it was enjoyable while it lasted.

Unfortunately for some of the freeps, getting off by making creepy posts is as good as it gets. Seriously, it is just a form of verbal abuse and why do abusers feel the need? They derive pleasure and a sense of cyber power from their bile. It is short lived, so they will always want more.

after all, I only got one post in on FR before I got slapped off there.

One thing is for sure though, you will never be able to discuss things over there at a realistic level. It pains me to say this, it really does, but the unbelievable majority of people that post over there are idiots. It is nice to know that most of the idiots float over there though, makes it easy to keep them in my sights.

Here at DU, we seem to have a massive majority of intellectually adept people. DU'ers come from all walks of life, that I amm amazed that we haven't encountered the "idiot ratio" that FR has. In fact, I cannot think of ANY idiots here. We have a couple of "wierd" ones, but their cool!

One other thing, I REALLY hate going to FR, that is one of the UGLIEST sites on the internet. I find it a disaster. The Admin here at DU has a beautiful site, and they do it with half the money, and 4x the IQ of everyone that runs FR!
